“ Place was in quiet apartment building in San Eugenio district. Friendly neighbours and really quiet poolarea makes your stay perfect. Place itself was above expectations. Everything newly renovated and replaced makes our stay perfect. Three bedrooms gives privacy to everybody and really nice view to mountains is beautiful. Inside building there are quiet, but going outside you find yourself in the middle of busy life. Lots of restaurants and businesses are within walking distance as well two amazing beaches. Playa de la Pinta and Playa de Fanabe are within 15 minutes walking distance. Overall it is perfect place for families to stay.. “
