The area of San Eugenio Bajo, which is where this beautiful apartment is located, is ideal as it is 10-minute walk from the most famous beaches of Playa de las Américas (Troya Beach, El Duque Beach, Fañabe Beach or Puerto Colón). This allows you to move comfortably, without having to take a taxi or car (and the consequent problem of parking in Playa de Las Américas) and is also a quiet area, on the outskirts of the city centre, with all the nightclubs and bars. One of the best restaurants on the island, El Molino Blanco, where numerous celebrities visit it every year, is just above the complex.
On the other hand, the apartment is also 5 minutes by car from the famous water park Siam Park, as well as Aqualand. It also has an easy and quick access to the motorway in case you have the need to travel by car and visit the island.
There are several golf courses 10 minutes away by car, such as Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, and Golf Costa Adeje, a sport that you can practice all throughout the year thanks to our wonderful and privileged climate.
